Have you ever seen a cute caricature of your favorite waiter on a restaurant’s drink menu? At Brabohoeve this is the case. A playful idea from agency UNIKAVI – Brand builders. Together with owners Christophe and Gregory, they have been thinking for some time about the overall experience of the restaurant. For printing, they came knocking on our door.

Brabohoeve’s menu and beverage cards were foil printed on Materica Terra Cotta 360 g/m2 and Wild Green 450 g/m2. Materica Terra Cotta is a recycled paper made from 40 percent virgin fibers, 20 percent recycled fibers, 15 percent cotton fibers and 25 percent pure environmentally friendly ECF fibers, FSC certified. The cotton fibers provide a rough surface and pure cellulose fibers add volume and strength, so the paper can also take a beating which certainly comes in handy in a hospitality business.
Wild Green is an uncoated, wood-free colored board with a very soft surface. This board is available in five beautiful natural shades and four grammages. Because Wild consists of 35% cotton fibers, this board has a very high bulk and acquires a soft surface.
