We are proud to celebrate our customers who have once again excelled in this year’s MICHELIN Guide. During the ceremony on 28 April 2025, Restaurant Boury and Restaurant Zilte were once again awarded three stars – the highest accolade in gastronomy. But numerous other top restaurants, from starred establishments to promising newcomers, are also making an impression both on and off the plate. What connects them? They all rely on Buroform for their hospitality printing: from refined menus to stylish wine lists and other customised communications.

*** Restaurant Boury (Roeselare)

An experience that begins on paper, even before the first dish is served. Chef Tim Boury loves perfection. Every dish is a work of art – and the same can be said of the menus. We were able to work with subtle textures, refined paper types and a finish that does justice to the class of the establishment.

*** Restaurant Zilte (Antwerp)

On the top floor of the MAS museum, you will find the 3-star restaurant Zilte. Chef Viki Geunes cooks at a world-class level, and the overall experience is perfect down to the smallest detail. For Zilte, we developed a series of menus and other catering printed matter on various media. A collaboration with UNIKAVI Brand Builders.

** Restaurant Nuance (Duffel)

On 8 May 2008, Restaurant Nuance opened its doors in Duffel. The name “Nuance” was no coincidence. Thierry Theys and his wife Sofie deliberately chose a word that reflects their philosophy: the subtle distinction. That idea still permeates every aspect of their business today — from the daring flavour combinations on the plate to the thoughtful guest experience in the restaurant. To celebrate the restaurant’s 15th anniversary, Buroform collaborated with Tina De Souter to produce this art book and matching box of chocolates.

* DIM Dining (Antwerp)

DIM Dining proves that tradition and creativity go hand in hand. We provided warm, tactile hospitality printing with a minimalist design that matches the interior and the experience. The Japanese knot as a binding method for their menu was, of course, no coincidence.

* Fine Fleur restaurant (Antwerp)

Chefs Jacob Jan Boerma and Thomas Diepersloot give Fine Fleur an international flair. Their menus are also a model of elegance. We opted for a combination of texture, colour and structure.

* NEBO restaurant (Antwerp)

NEBO strikes the perfect balance between Italian temperament and Belgian finesse. The menus needed to stand out without being overpowering. For NEBO, we worked with dark paper tones and copper typography.

* Pont Neuf (Antwerp)

Feet under the table at Pont Neuf. A charming restaurant that bridges the gap between tradition and innovation. Not only the printed matter, but also the corporate identity design is our own work.

* Tinèlle (Mechelen)

Chef Ken Verschueren is a lover of beautiful products and likes to bring the plate to life with controlled contrasts. His menu always includes crab dishes, such as North Sea crab cannelloni, which is enhanced by the combination of bitter grapefruit and fresh fennel. Tinèlle’s house style and these menus were designed by SINGA Graphics.

Brabohoeve

In the kitchen, Christophe and Gregory rule the roost with refined French-Belgian classics. The interior mixes the artistic with the rustic. Just like the terrace, which overlooks the surrounding fields, the printed menus also invite you to enjoy yourself – from aperitif to digestif.

Atelier Noun

An evening at Atelier Noun feels like coming home. In this stylishly decorated restaurant in Leefdaal, hostess Sandra Ponchaut and sommelier Siebe Seynaeve create a warm atmosphere that perfectly complements the culinary artistry of chef Bert Castermans and his right-hand man Lander Faber. Every meal here is an experience. It is no coincidence that their name also appears in the Michelin Guide, which describes their modern, Asian-inspired cuisine as a “paradise for foodies”.

Cella

In a repurposed warehouse near Antwerp’s Kattendijkdok, the owners welcome their guests in an intimate, industrial atmosphere. The view of the Antwerp skyline enhances the experience, as do the elegant materials and the tranquil, international cuisine.

To make this unique style tangible, Black—Cod™ chose Suedel Chocolat 230 g/m² (SLG4584) – a soft, velvety covering in a deep chocolate shade that perfectly matches the warm interior. We also provided the bar and dessert menus, bill folders and even butter wrappers. Each piece of printed matter contributes to Cella’s coherent brand experience: meticulous, elegant and with a strong identity.

Lizanna restaurant

Liza and Anna, the two grandmothers who share a love of good food, hospitality and warmth with chef Levy De Beucker and hostess Stephanie Iserbiet, resulted in Lizanna. This homely restaurant continues to impress with its seasonal cuisine. Design: Singa Graphics.

Warm hospitality and refined flavours await you with chef Sven Fonteyn and hostess Otis Claes. In this intimate establishment, they reveal a multi-course menu full of culinary surprises. A visit to Dante is a symphony of flavours, served in a warm, homely atmosphere.

At Fortuin, brasserie classics are given a new lease of life, each with a unique and personal touch. Depth and flavour are central, as can be seen in their signature dish: a toast cannibale of hand-cut beef tartare on crispy fried brioche.

Essenz

After proving his skills at Faim and Verso Café, chef Joris Hoefkens has now teamed up with Benthe Vande Woestijne to create an intimate dining venue on Kronenburgstraat in Antwerp. Here, he treats his guests to a menu full of refined flavours, including a vegetarian option and a concise à la carte menu.
