How do you calculate the spine thickness of your book or magazine yourself?

Step 1: Choose your binding method
The first step in calculating the spine thickness is to choose the right binding method. There are several options available:
* Softcover (glued)
* Softcover (thread-sewn)
* Hardcover (thread-sewn)

Step 2: Determine the exact number of pages
The number of pages must be a multiple of four. This is crucial for correctly calculating the spine thickness.
