In order to advise you properly, we need to see your design. One thing is certain: small fonts and images with small adjacent areas are less suitable for foil printing. A font size of 6 points or less is simply too small.
If you are working with fine details, make sure that your line thicknesses are at least 0.3 mm. If you don’t, there is a chance that some of the detail will be lost during the exposure of the plate.
The maximum print size is 500 x 700 mm, ideal for large projects.
Want to give your printed matter that little bit of extra cachet? Gold and silver foil are absolute eye-catchers. These metallic accents give your design a luxurious look. Popular for invitations, certificates, premium corporate identity printed matter or packaging.
Special processes such as die cutting, letterpress, embossing, debossing or foil printing must have their own layer in your file. Set them to overprint and give them a spot colour with the correct name so that our printers can switch this colour on and off as needed.
