For the Michelin-starred restaurant DIM Dining in Antwerp, we created menus that fully reflect their philosophy: aesthetics, sensory experience and respect for tradition. The menus are presented in a luxurious cherry wood box – a reference to the Japanese cherry tree, or “Sakura”. This symbolises the transience of life and reminds us of the beauty of the moment.
The contents? Fine Japanese binding, combined with high-quality paper and a minimalist gold foil finish. A total project in which print and experience go hand in hand.
Chef Simon Van Dun works with seasonal ingredients of the highest quality. We carry this same dedication to perfection through to our menus. The covers are lined with linen in deep green and soft ivory colours, sewn using a Japanese binding technique. Each colour of thread was carefully chosen to harmonise with the menu.

In addition to the menus, we also produced personalised sealing stickers, envelopes, wine lists and a special wooden presentation box for DIM Dining. Each item was crafted with an eye for refinement. The tactile experience of the paper, the velvety finish and the thoughtful use of colour form a tangible extension of the restaurant experience.
More and more (Michelin-starred) restaurants are relying on Buroform for their printing needs. From menus to packaging and branding, we provide high-quality solutions for hospitality businesses that strive for perfection.
