Spaces was founded in Amsterdam in 2006 with the aim of creating a creative, personal and stimulating office environment where a community of like-minded start-ups, entrepreneurs, SMEs and (inter)national companies can meet and inspire each other. This community is offered various services such as free WiFi, a barista coffee bar, administrative support, a wide range of business events and networking lunches, and so on. Spaces is characterised by its innovative design, for which internationally renowned designers are regularly called upon.
A creative way of working requires a creative way of ordering printed matter, and that is precisely what we excel at. With our marketing automation tool BAAS, we ensure that every Spaces branch can order printed matter in a uniform manner. With an approval flow, Spaces ensures control at every step of this process. Every order is first approved internally by Spaces before we start printing or collect the materials from our stock for dispatch. Because in addition to printed matter, we also print and store gadgets, roll-ups and other materials to make things as easy as possible. This way, transport costs are kept under control by sending everything from one place.
