Manhattn's menus

Taxi yellow menus for Manhattn's

After two years immersed in the food truck scene in New York City, Jerry decided to bring that typical ‘Big Apple vibe’ to Europe. Together with his brother Phil, a trained chef, he developed a concept that has become an integral part of the Belgian hospitality industry.

Commissioned by branding and interior design studio WeWantMore, we at Buroform were asked to produce the printed materials used in all Manhattn’s branches. And you can see that in every detail of the menu.

Functional catering printed matter

Where pace, experience and interaction are key, printed materials must also keep up with that rhythm. That is why we chose sulphate cardboard with a glossy laminate for the menus: sturdy, durable and easy to wash. The extra weight of the material prevents the menus from blowing away on the terrace, and thanks to the protective layer, they stay looking good for longer – even with intensive use.

About sulphate cardboard

Sulphate cardboard is high-quality graphic cardboard based on chemical, wood-free pulp. It is tough and tear-resistant, making it very easy to process. Sulphate cardboard also has the highest whiteness of all cardboard types and is particularly easy to print on thanks to its coating, which can be applied to one or both sides. It is an ideal paper for end products that will be used frequently.
