As a property developer, Triple Living is known for its refined neighbourhoods, high-quality architecture and focus on sustainability. They build more than just homes – they build experiences. This philosophy is also reflected in their branding. We have previously produced several luxury brochures for them, and now we have created this impressive corporate identity folder: a design object in its own right.
More than a folder: a presentation case
No traditional cover, but a sturdy box structure with a spine thickness of 37 mm, finished in two colours of Materica paper:
Exterior: Materica Acqua 120 g – a soft light blue with a natural fibre structure.
Inside: Materica Cobalt 120 g – a deep dark blue that immediately radiates confidence.
Together, they form a colour contrast with the contents, perfectly in line with Triple Living’s corporate identity.
Colour & finish that sticks
The folder was printed with:
- PMS 540 (deep blue) and PMS 877 (silver) in offset – an elegant and reliable combination.
- And as an eye-catcher: foil printing in Moonwalk Blue 254 – a subtle, shiny foil that makes the logo shine without overdoing it.
