This project is the brainchild of graphic designer Arne Hellemans (design studio Brusk). One of his first assignments as a self-employed entrepreneur was the branding for TAO, an architectural firm that places strong emphasis on the quality and experiential value of unprocessed, natural materials.
This love for pure products forms one of the starting points for the brand identity and therefore also for the printed matter. In contrast to the typical minimalist black-and-white image, soft colours were chosen that refer to the sober palette of materials such as brick and concrete.
The text is printed with white foil, so that even the finest details are perfectly legible and the whole feels very calm.

About paper (Materica)
The fibres (cotton) in the paper create roughness on the surface, and pure cellulose fibres add volume and strength, making it ideal for conveying sturdiness and stability.
Materica is ideal for coordinated graphic materials, covers, brochures, portfolios, and processed products.
The material can be combined with virtually all printing techniques: letterpress, offset, blind embossing and foil stamping.
