A building that moves meets a brochure that speaks

Zuiderhuis is not just any residential project. It is an icon of contemporary urban architecture in the bustling Nieuw Zuid district, designed by Robbrecht & Daem. The undulating façades, earthy tones and see-through winter gardens create a feeling of lively intimacy. And it was precisely this feeling that had to be brought to life in the printed material.

The brochure as a tangible translation of a vision

In collaboration with the project developer and the design team, we created a premium real estate brochure in which the key words — light, space, tranquillity and rhythm — are tangible from cover to colophon.

“Along the Tegernsee, peacefully nestled between the Hohe Tauern and Nockberge national parks, lies Gmund, a colourful medieval town entirely devoted to art and culture. Here you will find countless galleries, sculpture gardens and artists’ studios, surrounded by green hills, plateaus and hiking trails. This is a place where you come for artistic photography, authentic crafts, painting and sculpture, and for the Büttenpapierfabrik Gmund. Just beyond the village centre, in the shade of pine trees, is a honey-coloured building where paper is also elevated to art.”

About Gmund Beer Paper

Gmund’s Beer Paper is made from the finest ingredients: brewer’s grains, recycled beer labels, fresh cellulose and, in German, “ein großes Bier” for every production run. Earthy tones and organic pigments are combined to create an intoxicating representation of natural beauty. For anyone looking for an expressive paper with a natural character.
