Scheldehof is rising on the banks of the Scheldt in Oudenaarde: a well-thought-out residential project where tranquillity, space and architecture come together. Stylish apartments, interwoven with the landscape. Living in green surroundings, a stone’s throw from the city.
For project developer Triple Living, it was clear: this project deserves a form of communication that reflects the character and quality of Max Dudler‘s architecture.
Not digital. But printed matter that is just right.
From initial contact to the sales phase, the property brochure plays a key role. It must inform and inspire. At Scheldehof, it was designed as a classy calling card for the project: clearly structured, visually strong, with a luxurious look and feel that is also accessible.
We took care of the entire production process: from paper proposal to finishing, in line with the project’s branding.

An impressive achievement. Not one, not two, but three different types of paper were used for this brochure. The tracing paper in the interior gives the end result a mysterious and ultra-high-quality look. Triple Living is, of course, renowned for the latter.
