If you sell property yourself, you know better than anyone that first impressions make or break your chances of selling. With a well-designed, beautifully printed and thoughtfully packaged brochure, you’ll steal the show. It says: ‘Hey! This project isn’t just a number, it’s a story. And you, dear buyer, you fit perfectly into that story.’ So the answer is simple: yes, a brochure speeds up the sale and also deepens trust.
‘A website quickly disappears among other tabs. Our brochure stays on the kitchen table and is picked up again, discussed and passed on. It gave us the opportunity to make Domein Martinus tangible even before the first stone was laid. Definitely an undeniable cornerstone of our marketing.’ – Philippe van Factum Vastgoed.
We designed this property brochure with matching pochette for Domein Martinus. An elegant combination of natural materials, soothing typography and high-quality finishes in Japandi style. The aim was to share information about the project, but above all to create a sense of trust and exclusivity. And as if that weren’t enough, Factum put the icing on the cake by sending the brochures with a personalised stamp.

For the cover, we chose Keaykolour Cappuccino, a sturdy 300 gsm paper that fits perfectly with the Japandi style that runs throughout the brochure. This uncoated paper feels soft to the touch and immediately gives the whole thing a premium look. Inside, we set the tone with an insert in Cromatico transparent paper. The rest of the interior was printed on Multidesign Original White, a bright white, uncoated 150 gsm paper. It combines a soft texture with excellent readability and allows images to really stand out.
